The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic Aftersales Director to lead and establish the aftersales function for LEVC’s new passenger vehicle brand, MTEC, in the UK. Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for developing and executing an aftersales strategy that enhances customer experience, drives revenue, and ensures operational excellence.
The goal? To accelerate mobility carbon neutrality, a sustainable future, and a better world.
Key Responsibilities
Aftersales Strategy & Operations
⚡ Develop and implement a market-leading aftersales strategy for MTEC.
⚡ Define and establish best-in-class aftersales processes, policies, and standards.
⚡ Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction levels.
⚡ Drive efficiencies in aftersales operations to enhance profitability.
Customer Experience & Retention
⚡ Build and implement a customer-centric approach to aftersales services.
⚡ Develop and execute loyalty and retention programs to enhance brand affinity.
⚡ Oversee the development of a robust customer feedback loop to drive continuous improvement.
Service & Parts Management
⚡ Oversee service, warranty, and parts operations to ensure seamless execution.
⚡ Develop partnerships with key suppliers and service providers.
⚡ Ensure efficient supply chain management and parts availability.
Network Development & Training
⚡ Build and maintain a high-performing aftersales dealer network.
⚡ Provide training and development programs to enhance service capabilities.
⚡ Drive a strong focus on technical excellence and customer service within the network.
Commercial & Financial Performance
⚡ Lead aftersales revenue generation and cost optimisation strategies.
⚡ Drive profitability through innovative service offerings and value-added solutions.
⚡ Ensure alignment of aftersales KPIs with overall business objectives.
Leadership & Influence
⚡ Lead and develop a high-performing aftersales team.
⚡ Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
⚡ Engage with key stakeholders and industry influencers to strengthen MTEC’s market position.
What We’re Looking For
⚡ Proven experience in a director-level aftersales role within the UK automotive industry.
⚡ Expertise in customer experience, service, and parts operations.
⚡ Strong understanding of dealer network operations and best practices.
⚡ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
⚡ Commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
⚡ Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
⚡ Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
