About the role
Dedicate to streamlining procurement processes through strategic supplier relationship research and management, efficient tender administration, and proactive cross-functional collaboration, thereby driving cost-effectiveness and operational excellence while adhering to high ethical standards and compliance protocols within the automotive retail service industry. This objective encapsulates the core responsibilities and requirements of the role, emphasizing the importance of searching for resources and business negotiations.
⚡ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate indirect procurement needs and consolidate supplier resources.
⚡ Organise all aspects of tendering activities including demand management, business strategy formulation, resource integration, agreement & T&C management, commercial negotiations, contract signing, and delivery fulfilment for comprehensive procurement management.
⚡ Set up and improve new procurement processes and purchasing agreements.
⚡ Facilitate cross-departmental communication and coordination, promptly responding to demands and advancing project progress for both requesting parties and procurement teams.
⚡ Monitor and handle any anomalies in procurement delivery, quality, and service to ensure smooth procurement processes.
⚡ Manage Indirect procurement records, regularly collect, organize, and analyze data to propose continuous improvement suggestions.
⚡ Regularly conduct relevant market due diligence research and conclude with the cost efficient solution.
⚡ Build and manage the relationship with existing or new suppliers.
Experience to succeed
⚡ Minimum of three years of experience in Indirect procurement, within the automotive retail service industry preferred.
⚡ Bachelor’s degree or above.
⚡ Excellent communication negotiation skills and strong team collaboration abilities.
⚡ Strong cross-departmental communication and problem-solving skills capable of supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
⚡ Good professional ethics and compliance awareness.
⚡ Strong verbal and written communication skills..
⚡ Effective negotiation techniques to secure favorable terms and conditions.
⚡ Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
⚡ Flexibility to handle unexpected situations and changes in priorities.
