Operations at LEVC consists of:

  • Production (Vehicle Assembly/Body Structure)

    The teams build the full vehicles that you see as well as all associated sub-assemblies required to create the finished vehicle.

  • Logistics

    Management of the flow of all inventory across the business and sites.

  • Maintenance & Facilities

    Preventative measures and repairs ensure a smooth flow on the production floor and on our sites. This also includes HSE ensuring safety, compliance and education across all sites.

  • Manufacturing Engineering

    The team designs, set up, modify, optimize and monitor manufacturing processes to improve speed, quality and safety.

  • Production Compliance

    Ensuring we comply with manufacturing regulations and industry standards.

LEVC’s history began in 1908 when the first dedicated black cab was specially designed and commissioned for use in London. With its unmistakable silhouette and classic design cues, this iconic British vehicle has defined the company for over a century. In 2018, LEVC introduced its latest taxi model, the electric TX – the world’s cleanest, most advanced taxi ever, powered by revolutionary eCity technology.
