About the role

⚡ Responsible for brand strategy, visual definition, brand experience, design story transformation and display, naming design and cultural and creative product design.

⚡ Carry out market research, user research and styling design trend analysis, continuous communication with the design team.

⚡ Study industry trends and corporate strategy, participate in the product definition process, clear product positioning, target users, vehicle application scenarios and other design requirements.

⚡ According to the agreed product definition input, visualise and output clear and executable design strategy.

⚡ Participate in design reviews, communicate with internal and external parties to revise design direction and programme.

⚡ Liaise with relevant domestic and international research companies to organise design research activities, responsible for identifying future styling trends, customer preferences and technological innovations, conducting benchmarking analysis of competitors and brands, and articulating potential bandwidth and styling foresight for future products.

⚡ For the overall studio operation project daily management.

Experience to succeed 

⚡ Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in automotive design/product design/market research and other related majors.

⚡ 5 years of domestic/international first-tier OEM related work experience.

⚡ Good communication skills, teamwork skills, logical thinking skills, visualisation skills.
