Network Development Manager 

Circa £65,000 + Car Allowance

1 day per week in Coventry or London/ Field Based

About the role 

Your role is to establish and maintain our global network of dealerships and distribution strategy.

⚡ Ensure the effective performance of the Network Operating Committee meetings, ensuring that stakeholders relationships are managed correctly at all times

⚡ Increase LEVC partner representation in accordance with the strategy

⚡ Monitor and improve network quality and performance

⚡ Responsible for the UK Network Operating Committees (NOC)

⚡ Target negotiations with partners as required

⚡ Production and maintenance of partner operating standards

⚡ Regular Travel required to Head Office and Network partners

Experience to succeed

⚡ Strong background in franchising and EU Block Exemption

⚡ Has experience in implementing change at retailer/importer level and setting and meeting challenging objectives

⚡ Ability to form relationships at all levels, particularly with senior retailer/Importer management/Directors and owners of family businesses

⚡ Have a track record of delivering results within network development in the past

⚡ Experienced supporting a sizeable, fast-moving business

⚡ Experience in an automotive commercial environment will be essential for this role
